The Bayle Residents Association has been in existence for over 50 years, working with our community in and around the oldest part of Folkestone to support everyone in enjoying life to the full.
We work with a number of partners, including the Town and District Councils, Neighbourhood Watch and local businesses. We are a member of a local partnership of residents’ associations, called simply AFRA – the Association of Folkestone Residents Associations. AFRA works together to address issues of common interest and helps to promote the many positive facets of living in our town.
What do we do?
We work to three themes: engagement, environment and enjoyment.
We involve local people in our activities, celebrating the spirit of community.
We organise a varied programme of social events, including local history, Neighbourhood Watch and other topics of interest to our members.
We celebrated our 50th Anniversary in 2020 – we have half a century of history! Click here to visit our heritage/history page…
